Free Staff Training
Train to Gain (Ttg) is a government backed scheme offering free training to employees who fit its criteria. Employees can achieve an NVQ level 2 in various subjects free of charge if;
- They have 'low level' qualifications (there words not ours!) or no qualifications, i.e below 5 GCSEs A-C grade or similar
- Are aged 19 and over
- Have been an EU resident for min 3yrs
- Have a permanet NI number and contract of employment.
